From raw material to ready granules — every stage monitored for consistency, purity and performance.
At JDPI, every stage of granule production is carefully monitored to ensure consistent quality, purity and performance. Our process combines skilled manpower with modern machinery to deliver granules that meet international manufacturing standards.
We source high-quality raw plastic material — both virgin and industrial-grade scrap — from verified and trusted suppliers.
Raw material is manually and mechanically sorted by plastic type (PP, HDPE, LDPE, PVC) and colour to ensure batch purity.
Material passes through washing lines to remove dirt, dust and contaminants before processing.
Cleaned material is crushed or shredded into smaller flakes for uniform melting in the next stage.
Washed and crushed flakes are dried thoroughly to remove moisture, ensuring quality extrusion.
Flakes are fed into the extruder, melted at controlled temperatures, and homogenized into a consistent molten form.
The molten plastic is cooled and cut into uniform granules/pellets of standard size.
Each production batch is tested for melt flow index (MFI), density, colour consistency and impurity levels before approval.
Approved granules are packed in durable bags (25kg / 50kg — specify), palletized for safe handling and export shipment.
Orders are dispatched via road transport for domestic buyers, and coordinated with freight forwarders/CHA for container loading and export shipment for overseas buyers.
Quality checks are conducted throughout production — not just on the final product — allowing us to catch inconsistencies early and maintain the reliability our clients depend on.
